SOAS FC vc PEMODA

SOAS Arena, 7th March 2010: After two successive defeats, SOAS FC managed to level the score and early in the second half by a superp header from Cikgu Azreen with the assists from Ustaz Haslin's cross from the right. Due to the lack of SOAS FC players, they still managed to make counter attack to the opposing team in which SOAS FC almost scored its second goal but the goalie managed to block it close to the goal line. This results in 'shocked' from the SOAS FC players mostly from the defenders and the midfielders that a simple goal is already enough for SOAS FC to be on top again. But again , luck was not on SOAS FC side.

During the first half of the game, SOAS FC managed to control the ball posessions more than the opposing team, but since SOAS FC still lack of getting the offside trap, PEMODA managed to score with a simple chip to the SOAS FC goal post. From this, our players started to play with more organizing movement and organizing position and the results remains one goal to nil to SOAS FC till the end of the first half.

On the second half, our players saw that the opposing team were playing with a new super sub in which eleven players were substitute making this team to be a new 2nd half team. This doesn't make SOAS FC players 'gagar' (afraid), but still our team managed to score - from the earlier report.

The results remains a tie until the final whistle blown. With this game experience against the outside team that is more experience than ours, we learned that communication between the team players and the cooperation within are much more effective.
